I am attempting to use eVoice to narrate Impress presentations (OOo 3.1) in
Ubuntu 9.04 OS (note the OOo was upgraded from the original Ubuntu install). The
recording dialog box will open, I can record and play my narration. However,
when I attempt to save the presentation containing the eVoice audio, I receive a
dialog box stating (this is exactly what is in the dialog box):

"Error"

"Cannot save audio!"
<ok>

Please note this is occurring with the Ubuntu 9.04 boot only. I have a dual
boot, and ironically eVoice works perfectly in Vista. However, if I use eVoice
in Vista to record, and then try to open up the odp file in Ubuntu, I can't hear
the eVoice recording.

I can record audio as a separate file (.wav), and then insert the audio into the
presentation, and the audio will play just fine in Ubuntu.
