There problem is more severe than it sounds here. I have taken the test file
from issue 9134 and add the relative error. You can see, that the values for
x>30 and greater order are invalid. The used asymptotic formula is only valid,
if x is much larger then order^2.
On the other hand, the algorithm which is used for x<=30 is invalid for large
order for larger x too.
