Hi Dawit,

After analyzing this issue, we found that there is no problem from our end. Also
we have not blocked port22 from our end.

 We see from your traceroute outputs that (172.22.3.21) is locking you , hence
we doubt that might be your FW/ router. 

Could you please provide us the phone number and preferred call back time of
your network team, so that our network engineers can work with them and fix this
issue right away.
