I added table commands to the context menu if a cell is in edit mode or one or
more cells are selected (previously there was only the default text context
menu).
Row/Insert... and Column/Insert... from the context menu now brings up the
insert row/column dialog that is also used in writer and you can choose the
number of rows/columns to insert and if they should be inserted before or after.
