Comfirmed on two machines running ubuntu 9.04. Line 5 of the *.xcu contains a
non-ASCII character that seems to cause the problem.
@tl: Please reassign as appropriate.
Workaround: cp dict-de.oxt over dict-fr.oxt in solver/300/unxlngx6.pro/pck or
build without french dicts (for example: ./configure --with-dict=ENGB)
