Hello,

we use spreadsheets within our team. At the same time many user have to work on
the same file. The problem is, if someone update any field and use cell
formatting as well, other users can see (after refreshing) only, which fields
were updated and what are the new value of them. Unfortunately cell format isn't
refreshed. In case we need the updated cell format as well, we have to close the
spreadsheet and re-open it.

What I've done:
PC1 and PC2 have WinXP and OOO310m14 installed.

- I opened OOO and created an empty file, then saved it on PC1 (as shared
document. FileName="TestFile")
- Opened the "TestFile" on PC2
- Updated value of cell 'A1' on PC1 and saved it. (NewValue="This field to be
updated".)
- Saved the file on PC2 (to see, which cells were updated on PC1). Everything
OK, updated cell and the new value is showned on PC2
- As next step I updated both cell value and cell format on PC1 and saved it
again. (Text set to bold, colors of text and background set).
- Saved file on PC2 (to see, which cells were updated on PC1). Now only the new
value appears in the cell, but cell format is the same as earlier (changes are
not showned)
- I closed and re-opened the file on PC2. Now cell format is changed as would be
required without file closing & re-opening.
