I had 3 forms based on SQL statements and have in all Three a column named "parent".The SQL statement who replicate the "master-slave" relation not always use the "DBasename.TabeleName.ColumnName" combination to identify a culumn in the SQL statement. So my column "parent" was "ambigouos". This bug must been related to the problems you sloved already for the "filters" placed on a form.
