Today I installed OO 2.41 on my new Dell laptop. As soon as it finished, a msg
came up say 3.1 was ready for down load and install. I installed 3.1. When
I went to the mail program, I opened a mail msg that had a link for me to open
that would take me to my account at Amazon. That brought up the error msg
either what is in summary above or. I uninstalled both versions and
reinstalled 3.1 and it still does it. Can you help?
