This is similar to issue 101472 but it exists in OOo 3.1.

Steps:
1) Create a new Text document in Writer.
2) Create a table with 13 columns and 1 row.
3) Save the file as a word 97 .doc file.
4) Try to open the .doc file in word viewer 2003, it will say the table is
corrupt and can't display it properly.
