For example, in the note. Seems the display of the author are not localized in the note. So if you localize this options setting, the display of author in notes need localized. or it will display family name behind, which is not suitable for us Asians. Now, I can find it used in: File-Properties File-Versions Edit-Changes Insert-Fields-Author Insert-Fields-Other-Document-Author-Name Insert-Note Maybe it's used in more places.
