Normally the position of selected cell is marked square
but Only one dot on the bottom-right corner of selected cell is displayed
when i use this attached document.
I found the same issue on WindowsXP.

How to reproduce the issue:
1.Select "StarSuite 60 詳細"Sheet.(Select first index Sheet.)
2.Select Cell "D8".
3.Select "架空の売り上げ"Sheet.(Select second index Sheet.)
4.Select Cell.(Any Cell is ok)
5.Select "StarSuite 60 詳細"Sheet again.(Select first index Sheet again.)
6.Then marking of cell selection is lacking.
7.Only one dot on the bottom-right corner is displayed.
