cd: Fixed as good as possible. OOo now forces that the default path is set for
the file picker whenever the user changes the work directory via Tools - Options
- OpenOffice.org - Paths. This is only done once as the file dialog uses its own
recent list. It would violate Microsoft recommendations to force the dialog to
always use the work directory. See
