Accurate positioning of the line (connecting frame(bubble) and describing point at the picture) is not possible. The reason is unsuitable cursor(palm)which cover document (picture) in the place where you want to place the end of line. I suggest to use the same cursor (cross) as in OO 1.1.4 for this operation 2. Refer line is not connected to the frame as well as OO 1.1.4 3.
