When saving for instance a chart in a spreadsheet, the <draw:image> preview 
points  
to ObjectReplacements/Object1, which is a GDIMetafile (VCLMTF)

It would be nice if this preview/obj.replacement is stored using an open format 
like PNG or SVG, as recommended by ODF 1.1 spec (9.3.2).
