It's not the running quickstarter, it's the lockfile. The lockfile is need by
the office. You can't run two processes of this profile at the same time. The
lockfile allerts you when you try to start the second process. The running
Quickstarter is just a running Office process. Maybe we can have it for
upcomming versions to be independent from a lockfile: -> not a defect.
