To reproduce open a query designer and add more then one column from a table.
Use the mouse to rearrange the colmns in any direction...the redraw leaves the
column name you dragged in the original column. It can also leave extraneous
column separater lines or no separater line.
This is purely cosmetic as executing the query with the display in this shape
has no effect on the SQL generated.
