thanks for your interest.

I'm sorry, but I can't attach the original document, because it is 
confidential. 
I've opened the original with Excel and see under 'format cell' the same
user-defined string : "TT.MM.JJJJ HH:MM;@" .

On the Microsoft pages, I found an article about this:

in section "Custom Number Formats"

Format Symbol "@"
=================
Text placeholder. If there is text typed in the 
cell, the text from the cell is placed in the format 
where the @ symbol appears. For example, if the 
number format is "Bob "@" Smith" (including 
quotation marks) and you type "John" (without
quotation marks) in the cell, the value 
"Bob John Smith" (without quotation marks) is
displayed.

With these facts, i think that's not an import bug.
