Reviewing the data on the link mentioned I discovered some spelling mistakes such as calendar day "Tuesday" which is supposed to be: <DefaultAbbrvName>Tal</DefaultAbbrvName> <DefaultFullName>Talaado</DefaultFullName> And about the AM and PM which is supposed to be: <TimeAM>XH</TimeAM> <TimePM>XD</TimePM> Therefore I suggest that you stick with the locale data on this link http://www.it46.se/localegen/locale/1248098635_so_SO.xml Furthermore, there are minor spelling mistakes regarding the regional display names: couple of these are: Uganda should be written "Yugaandha" and not Ugaanda Vatican City should be written as "Magaalada Fatikaanka" and not Fatikaan and so on….
