I can confirm that the file opens slow in OOo3.1 and in OOo3.1.0m17. But I can
open it fast with DEV300m54 on WinXp, using the filter "Web Page Query".
So I guess the error is already fixed. Please try this developer snapshot. The
link on download.openoffice.org/next is not updated yet, so please use
http://download.openoffice.org/next/other.html#dev2.
