When using "Fontin" (for example, maybe others work, too), creating text in bold
italic results in bold slanted roman type. This is not an issue with the font:
bold+italic results in a true-italic bold in at least Abiword, Firefox, and
everywhere in Gnome/GTK.

Steps to reproduce:

. Create a new OpenOffice.org document.
. Type text.
. Select text, turn on Bold and Italic at the same time
. Notice that the font is not actually bold italic, but slanted roman bold

Expected behavior:
. Resulting text should be in true-italic bold.
