This is not an issue with the font: bold+italic results in a true-italic bold in at least Abiword, Firefox, and everywhere in Gnome/GTK. Steps to reproduce: . Create a new OpenOffice.org document. . Type text. . Select text, turn on Bold and Italic at the same time . Notice that the font is not actually bold italic, but slanted roman bold Expected behavior: .
