Problem is that printing the groupbox tries to preserve the slight 3D effect
(which is normally not visible in documents with white background, but can be
seen when switching to a dark background), by drawing two lines, one dark, one
bright, very near together. Seems that (depending on the printer resolution?)
"very near" sometimes leads to the printer simply printing one semi-dark line.

The attached patch prevents the 3D effect when drawing onto a printer, but I'm
not sure about the side effects, since this isn't my code. Need to ask GSL guys.
