call the server and yes it takes time to get all the links!
Sum up: document with *massive* online content = slow.
I can't test this in OO at the moment to see if this is actually what's
happening, but there's certainly no "online content" in the Zotero Reference
Marks that OO should be making network requests for. Zotero embeds some data in
the Reference Marks that contains, among other things, URIs that happen to look
like zotero.org links, but this shouldn't have anything to do with the OO saving
process—it's just embedded data like any other.
So either es is mistaken on that ticket as to the cause of the slowdown or OO is
doing something it shouldn't.
