------- Additional comments from kao...@openoffice.org Fri Aug 14 15:35:44 +0000 2009 ------- Hello. When you insert a Formula as object into any kind of ODF Document (Drawing, Text Document, Presentation, etc...), you can notice a strange behaviour in the way such object is eventually rendered. In Edit mode, the Formula object is correctly displayed (just like it normally appears by using the Math application). But every time you turn off the Edit mode to come back to the main document, the Formula object gets distorted in comparison with the original correct view, especially at the parts of formula where sizes are reduced, like in subscripts and superscripts. In fact, the spacings between characters (including fences and brackets) get narrower or larger; moreover, some special symbols are often displayed in a wrong manner. I am going to attach several screenshots concerning an example of equation placed within a ODF Text Document (version: 3.1.0), which demonstrate the deformation that occurs when switching from the Edit window to the main document. Please, watch them carefully. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
