confirming, but...

The problem only occurs when the source range of the datapilot contains nothing
but empty cells and the option "Ignore empty rows" is set. This scenario seems
senseless to mee.

As soon as you fill some data in the source range, everything is fine again.

The only problem is, that one cannot change the datapilotĀ“s layout or the option
"Ignore empty rows" after having created the datapilot, as long as the source
range does not contain any data.

There are two possible workaraounds:
(1) Fill some data into the source range and refresh the datapilot before
attempting to change the datapilot.
(2) Delete the datapilot and create a new one, which is no big deal, since the
existing datapilot has no content anyway.

Considering this issue as of very low importance. --> P5
