Try these two scenarios. First, create a new document. For the first paragraph apply page break with style. You will see that the page style change immediately. This is the expected behavior and it works fine. Next, create another new document. Set the style of the page to say "Default". Now, apply page break with style (say Envelope) for the first paragraph.
