2009 -------
after updating to the latest version of C/C++, now all three columns in the
query have 3 decimal places. Creating a view with the very same SQL command
gives 0, 1, 2, 3 decimal places, respectively.

Means that C/C++ still returns different precision/scale values than a
server-side SQL statement does, but at least better ones than before.

I suppose we'll leave it to that for C/OOo 1.0 GA.
