The text is oriented using Format > Characters > 90 degrees. It has been created using MacOS 10.5.8 and has been reproduced by the user under 3.1.0 Fr and OOo_3.1.1rc1_20090807_MacOSXIntel_en-US and OOo-Dev_DEV300_m55_MacOSXIntel_en-US. Strangely, the spellchecker doesn't underline the misspelled word, the first one should be 'Français' and is 'saiçnaFr'. Copying the word elsewhere in the doc give various results: sometime the word is well copied, sometime it still shows the wrong letter order. Copy to gedit gives the letters in the good order. I've not been able to recreate a document showing the bug under Ubuntu but correcting the words and saving it again, the letters are mixed again when I reopen it. I'll attach the original document sent to me.
