Please attach a sample document, so that we can see what's going wrong. "Having
problems importing" is a very vague description and could mean anything...
Please also regard some rules for submitting issues:
- you are talking about "problems" - please only describe ONE problem in ONE
issue
- attach a sample document especially if you talk about importing second party
