Done in cmcfixes62.

svn delete unreferenced unxlngi5.mk
drop unxlngi4.mk entirely and svn delete it too
remove the MACOSXC295 file in binfilter as its not actually possible to trigger
that compilation from any existing configure/solenv path

move generic contents of unxlngi6.mk to "unxlng.mk" rename any "versioned"
unxlngXX.mks to an unversioned one, e.g. unxlngx6.mk -> unxlngx.mk. Remove
unreferenced mks like the unxlngp.mk one. Change them to just contain the diff
from the "generic" one. Drop the -D$(CVER) from our compile flags as I see no
reference to its use anywhere in the code

drop the use of GLIBC as a selection criteria in unx.mk when selecting which
unxlngXX.mk to include

output paths remain the same as before, i.e. output is still into unxlngx6.mk
and unxlngi6.mk, and I can confirm that Linux Intel and Linux X86_64 compile
flags are the same before and after.

a possible follow up task is whether the additional flags that e.g. unxlngx.mk
have over unxlngi.mk of -fno-use-cxa-atexit should really be there or not. i.e.
is it intentional to be there, or was it copied from an older unxlngiX.mk and
then not removed when it should have been.
