Go to line 25 (page 2) and highlight the bulleted phrase 'Gas Cylinders'. 2. Select 'Insert/Edit Index' (I have a button placed on the menu bar) and modify the entry by adding a 1st Key of 'Gas' and checking the box 'Apply to all similar texts'. 3. Click Insert and the Close. On my system - I am using OOo 3.1 on Vista - the dialog doesn't close.
