That is, try the following with a doc with 5 or so slides: Click into the page pane, then repeatedly press TAB. You'll notice that a small dotted frame appears around, which cycles through all available slides. Then, click into the document, and the frame disappears. So, there *is* a visual indication that the pane has the focus, it is just not enabled when you focus the pane with the mouse. This should be fixed.
