This does not refresh automatically, since these settings are not part of SdrTextAttribute. Ading these (and bFixedCellHeight) to SdrTextAttribute, adapting creators and comparators. Also need to adapt SdrStretchTextPrimitive2D and SdrBlockTextPrimitive2D to also have these new values as items (as needed). This allows to no longer access SdrItemSets from the svdotext(path)decompositions, too which goes in the right direction. Adapted all direct SdrBloctText/SdrStretchText users, too. Works as expected. Did some extensive tests with the new configurations. Works well and remarkably faster than before, too.
