------- Additional comments from simpleise...@openoffice.org Sun Sep 6 11:56:43 +0000 2009 ------- Link to external data has two problems which are still outstanding and which have not yet been resolved. 1. URL of external data source - text box does not enable the "OK" button when text such as a URL or web link is entered directly into the text box. The only way to do this is to select the Directory List box button to the right of the text box and then to paste the text in there. When this is done, the spreadsheet then points to the web page stored in the "Temporary Internet Files" directory. This works until the computer is rebooted. Then the spreadsheet keeps seeking to refresh the external URL data from the computer files stored in "Temporary Internet Files" directory. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
