Tools - Customize
opens a window
you can customize shortcuts in the keyboard-tab e.g.
you have to klick OK closing this window, if you want to continue work in OO.

There should be an Apply-button beside the OK-button, which wouldn't close this
window. It should be possible than to work in writer, calc, ... and to switch to
the customize-window again (with alt-tab).
