------- Additional comments from kyfe...@openoffice.org Mon Sep 7 06:38:25 +0000 2009 ------- When you have a linked spreadsheet imported into a draw or writer document as an OLE object, and then modify the spreadsheet from calc by inserting a column, and then saving and opening the writer or draw program and click yes to update the ole linked object, the formatting on the item is baddly messed up. This has been an issue since 2.4.x. Steps to duplicate problem: 1) Create spreadsheet and save with several pages of sample data. Close spreadsheet. 2) Open draw and goto Insert->Object->OLE Object. 3) Click the create from file radio button and check Linked. 4) Browse to the spreadsheet created in #1 5) Save the draw file and Close. 6) Open calc. Open the spreadsheet from #1 and insert a column in the middle of the data. 7) Save the spreadsheet and close. 8) Open the draw file and click Yes to update the linked objects. 9) The OLE attached Spreasheet in the draw file now has it's formatting all screwed up. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
