------- Additional comments from bij...@openoffice.org Thu Sep 10 04:31:55 +0000 2009 ------- Automatic font substitution for missing unicode glyph In firefox we can go to http://ml.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buridan%27s_ass and copy the Malayalam text and paste to http://www.mozilla.org/editor/midasdemo/ Firefox will display Malayalam letters properly. But if paste the same in OpenfOffice, it wont be displayed properly Steps:- 1. Ensure you have Malayalam Unicode font (get Anjali from https://sites.google.com/site/cibu/ ) 2. In firefox goto http://ml.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buridan%27s_ass 3. Copy Malayalam text 4. Open new document in OpenfOffice 5.
