(source of copy is unaffected) Paste of the same item into Calc, Impress, Draw all work as expected. Paste of a trivial chart into Writer works as expected. Method: calc open with data, new writer, copy chart from calc and paste into writer This breakage seems to have appeared between 3.1.1 dev (which I was using) and 3.1.1 release as security fix.
