------- Additional comments from frustr...@openoffice.org Mon Sep 14 12:27:03 +0000 2009 ------- Hi, using openoffice version 3.0 was fine then i upgraded to 3.1.1 and i couldn't launch draw etc so tried to repair and reinstall and unistall but get the message "Please exit openoffice.org 3.1 or close quick start first etc." It's not in the quickstart and it's not running anywhere on my laptop but this message persists. I did read another fix similar to my problem but it was for Vista and involved renaming the program file. I assumed this meant the openoffice prog file but it won't allow me to do this.
