I had a look at the document. Problem is, that the Italian text is marked as
Russian in Character format. On Mac, the Russian spell check is available and
marks all Words as mis-spelled.
You should set "Italian" as language in the default paragraph style, this solves
your problem.
I know, "Tools.Language.For all text" should also do it, but it does not work in
certain case; this problem is tracked in a different issue.
