The selection check box in the export file pickers is enabled and disabled
according to the current filter choice when using the office file picker. This
functionality is not available when using the system file pickers (tested with
Windows XP and Vista, but most probably true for all platforms).

Proposed fix is in the attached patch. Furthermore, the patch introduces the
following behavior: The last state of the selection check box is saved, as it is
done with the other check boxes, provided the check box was active (enabled)
when closing the dialog.
