Follow up from i104127

It seems there are two different issues:

A) borders like the ones in the components windows, and the one in ListBoxes
(like the ones used as toolbar controls: the font selection list box on Wirter,
the line border selection on Draw)

B) borders on some containment controls (like the one that contains the
FilePicker tree list box, or in the Options dialog the one containing the
databases pool)

I'll try to explain the behavior:

To (A): when the borders are visible, the object they are clipping remains
painted.
For example, open a Writer document from the StartModule, the component window's
borders have the respective StartModule regions painted on them.

To (B): this seems a different issue, because here borders are not painted at
all. For example, open OOo FilePicker.

This happens on Fedora 11 x86-64 with:
 * KDE 4.3.1
 * Qt 4.5.2
 * both with compositing on and off, on an Nvidia GeForce XFX 9500GT graphics
card
 * with a DEV300_m59 built by myself (which means I don't know how reproducible
this is. As side comment, it would be nice to convince Sun release engineers to
build with kde4 enabled so this feature can be widely used/tested)
