STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

0. first you need OpenOffice.org m58(NOT THE LATEST m59 ONE). Of cource, you
also need, storage space, network connection, etc for updates.
1. Open Writer of that version.
2. Window with "Untitled 1 - OOo-dev Writer" will appear.
3. If update notification icon is not displayed on the upper right corner of the
window,
4.elect "Help" Menu, and then Select "Check for updates"
5. Click the update notification icon.
6. you will see "Check for Updates" dialog. Click Download.
7. After Download Completed, Click "Install"
8. Modeless dialog with "OOo-dev 3.2" as its title appears, telling us

"To Install the updates, OOo-dev 3.2 needs to be closed. Do you want to Install
the update Now."

Even though the dialog itself is Modless, as you can activate the "Untitled 1 -
OOo-dev Writer" window,
if you click titlebar of the "Check for Updates" dialog,"OOo-dev 3.2" dialog
will soon be activated.

9. DO NOT ANSWER TO "OOo-dev 3.2" DIALOG. As told by the dialog , Just close
"Untitled 1 - OOo-dev Writer" window with x button.

Actual Result:

Application Closes, and then "OOo Document Recovery" dialog with the
title
"OOo-dev 3.2" dialog soon comes up.
        I think crash happened.

Expected Results:

        No Document Recovery dialog,

If It was a crash, NO CRASH.
One of the suggestion for resolution is that the Application open
"OOo-dev 3.2"
dialog as Modal dialog.

================
I'm sorry, but I'm not sure which subcomponent this relates to.
