When reopening the file in Writer or Word 2007, the lists stayed. If opening the file in Word 97 however, the list was gone. I should point out however that this is a customer supplied form and it was most likely created under word but old versions of Writer cleared the dropdown list choices and content while 3.1.1 one does not.
