hdu: the original problem is more difficult than just the location of the
builds. Additionally someone has to test successfully the builds to be able to
say they are final. As you can see maho has build all languages which is really
great but until today only the en-US build is listed in QATrack (the tool to
notify others about the QA status like in QA, approved, etc. of builds). So
maybe the other language teams do not want or are not able to test the builds.
At least they should know it because maho is announcing them in the relea...@ooo
mailing list.
Please change the issue owner when you have modified the website, not before.
