When Draw exports a file to the PICT format, text is encoded as UTF 8.
Unfortunately, the PICT spec doesn't support UTF 8, and the correct encoding
would be Apple Roman.

The PICT import is working correctly and consequently screws up text in PICT
files exported from OO.o.
