When creating a CSV file as text table, and inserting and updating rows, then a
lot of empty lines are generated in the CSV file. The blank lines are spreaded
over the whole file. The number of blank lines grows with each row update, and
you end up with a file that has so many blank lines that you hardly find the non
empty lines when opening the file in an editor.
