Whether the element is in ss namespace (is prefixed by ss:) or not makes no
difference, as the ss namespace is mapped to the same URI as the default
namespace (no prefix): urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:component:spreadsheet .
If the file is loadable by Excel with Workspace in default namespace and not
loadable with it in namespace ss, it's a bug in Excel.
