All sample documents you can find in my "testkit.zip" 1. I created "test.ods" using data from an other spreadsheet by Copy / Paste unformatted text. 2. Then I created the line chart in sheet 2 and exported range (created with <cntrl>+<a> on sheet 2)to PDF. Result is "test310.pdf". In the legend color for "goal" is shown correctly, but for the chart line some "transparent light red" is added to the "transparent light green" of the chart line.
