------- Additional comments from voob...@openoffice.org Sat Sep 26 15:04:56 +0000 2009 ------- To use example... 1/ unzip and place surnames2.odb file somewhere and shortcut on your desktop. 2/ Run the file and when base launches register the database in tools>options>OO0base>Databases also import the macro file by using ALT F11>organizer>libraries>import. 3/ Use the shortcut with Open Office version pre 3.1 and notice that when "Close Database" button is used the surnames.odb.lck file and soffice.bin and soffice.exe processes get closed down. 3/ Use the shortcut with Open Office version post 3.1 and notice that when "Close Database" button is used the surnames.odb.lck file and soffice.bin and soffice.exe processes do not get closed down.
