I'll broadcast this translation for the Japanese users and I hope the replacement will be done if they can. To be sure, IssueZilla had been localized to Japanese, but it is not enought to help us report bugs. We need some documents about how to report issues. This translation is one of them. And I don't think this replacement act against CollabNet's license.
